Oktoberfest 2025 Vendor Registration

September 27 - 28, 2025
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

This OUTSIDE event is held in the parking lot across from Davis Fire Hall

Set up begins at 6AM and you must remain set up until 5PM

Outdoor Space (approximately 10' x 10'):
$45 Single Day
$80 per space for 2 days

Non-refundable – Rain or Shine

If Chamber member or non-profit organization (501c), the fee is $40

You will need to supply your own tent/shelter, table, chairs, cords, etc.

No cars will be allowed in vending area after setting up. Cars may reenter after 5PM for tear down.

A limited amount of electricity will be available for Food Vendors.

A confirmation email will be sent after receiving your registration & payment.

Event organizers retain the right to accept or reject any vendor.
